Blessing what a wonderful experience I had at the GMC dealership. I was scheduled for 8:00am appointment and from the moment I walked in, I was offered coffee and water which was amazing. Everyone in the dealership knew me by name. They make you feel like family.

What I liked best is that I was able to communicate with the sales rep (Nelson) in my native language, Spanish. He also assisted in translating some terms with the financing officer. The financing Officer (Greg) was also very pleasant and delivered what he promised.
