Only reason didn’t get a 10 is I dropped car off night before for just an oil change, I had a 8am appointment. And it Wasent ready to 5pm when I asked for it to be ready right away that’s why I made an appointment early

This recent visit, arranged with Matt who was, as always, a pleasure to speak with, went as scheduled by an exlempary service department staff. Anthony reached out to Joey on an early Saturday evening while we were waiting for AAA assistance for our Yukon & he called him back so quickly!! You have all be there for us, no matter the day or time we reached out. Franks is wonderful, and the only place I take my Arcadia for service. They are polite and never talk down to me because I'm a woman. While waiting in the waiting room. every employee who passes through says "Good Morning." The mechanics are thorough, and efficient. And, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I brought in my Terrain for a headlight problem.Customer service rep. Matt Dawson, asked the service tech to look at the Led headlight that wasn't working properly. The service tech advised Matt that the Led headlight unit needed to be replaced. Matt explained this information to me and the price of the new Led headlight, installation time and the unit was in stock to complete the job. I'm very happy with the service at Frank's GMC! Adele
