We have purchased a lot of cars in the past from other dealers. We thought those were a pleasure. Well, they dont compare to our experience. Our sales rep Jean, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable with all aspects. Had answers to all our questions. Pleasant, kind and humorous. The GM, sorry I don���t remember his name, was also a pleasure to deal with. Only issue we had was the first responder discount. We tried to use the ID website but it wasn���t taking my retirement credentials. At the moment, Jean is trying to get us the discount. I would definitely go back to Franks and let others know too.
