I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change but, got there just before noon. The advisor I was working with initially said the service dept goes on lunch at noon so they wouldn't get to my car until 1pm. I was fine with the wait as I knew I was early. However, a few minutes later he called me over to say someone in the service dept agreed to take my car early and would complete the service immediately. A very nice gesture on their part, very customer focused.
