Reoccurring issue with a code. Difficult to diagnosis as it would happen sporadically. Once cleared it would not come back for a week. After some conversations on when and where it would happen as well as driving habits at that time. The service team was finally able to pinpoint the problem and apply a software fix. They did not call it quits till the issue was fixed.
