I simply can not say enough good things about Frank's! I felt good from the moment I walked in 18 months ago looking to lease a vehicle. I first spoke with a supervisor, Sam Booth and he then put me in the very good hands of my salesman, Jean Guzman. They took the time to listen to me and work with me for a very good deal that worked for me and even exceeded my expectations! The service department is equally excellent! Matt worked with me to find a date and time that was convenient to my schedule, offered drop off services if I needed a ride and fully explained the services needed regarding my recall. Upon arrival the morning of my appointment, I was met with cheerful "Good Mornings". Matt again reviewed what needed to be done and how long the expected wait was. I chose to wait in the very comfortable waiting area and enjoyed free beverages. Several employees who passed through the waiting area took the time to say good morning and asked if I needed anything to drink. Matt came to the waiting area about 15 minutes into my wait and explained the outcome of the recall service check, that my vehicle was one that needed the Air Bag service, reviewed what they were going to do and my vehicle was completed about 10 minutes before the time it was promised by. I am very pleased with Frank's, the folks are warm and wonderful people and I have and will continue to recommend them to all of my family and friends and co-workers!
